Stencil-Art Stencil Cutting Software Package

The software program is key to operating this type of equipment. What we have found out through the years is most software programs out there are SIGN making softwares that have had stencil fonts added. This means you get tons of stuff you will never use and makes the software in some cases very hard to use and understand .

Stencil-Art:
Here is how it works.
After the software program is loaded on to the computer and all functions are working. You will double click the software icon found on your computer desktop. The work area screen will open. On the tool bar found on the right of your screen you will with your mouse click on the T. This will open the text box. You will now type in your stencil text and Click OK, your text will now be on the screen. Then you will move your stencil to where you want it to cut on the stencil material. Or if you need to edit your text, lets say change the size or the stencil font, you will click on the T again and do so. Otherwise you are ready to cut. Go to the top of the screen click on OUTPUT, a box will open, you will go to the lower left pick the size border you want for your stencil (protection from overspray) and then click OUTPUT LINES. Now your stencil is cutting. See you did it! After you have had some time to practice this will be as natural as using a manual Stencil Machine. We have many stencil fonts, last count was 50. You can also make Vinyl lettered signs, there are 55 of the most popular sign fonts used, you don't need a thousand sign fonts to take up space on your computer. In our software the Stencil Fonts and Sign Fonts are separated so that you don't spend a lot of time looking for the font you want. We can also help you add a font or make a font if needed.

Special Oilboard Cutting Font
Custom Cut Stencil is pleased to include a special font, STENCIL GOTHIC BOLD, for cutting oilboard in our stencil-art software package. This font allows for less travel across cut characters and has stronger bridges to strengthen characters.

Weed Border For Cutting Oilboard
We have a new weed border (around the text) just for oilboard. It cuts out a perforated border around the text. This keeps the cut stencil in place until you are done cutting. Using our new weed border will allow you to use the full width of the oilboard, which means far less wasted space. A great new money saving feature!!!

Part#'s for the CCS24CS System and Supplies

• CCS24CS: This system includes 24" Stencil Cutter, Stencil-Art software, cables, manual, mounting brackets, control center, 45 degree blade,1 roll of stencil material 24" x 100 ft. or one roll of decal colored vinyl 15" x 50 yds. and transfer tape.

• CCSUC24: This is the standard stencil material, it is a polyethylene material with a reusable adhesive so it will stick to items to be stenciled while stenciling. You can then replace on its backing and save the stencil if you wish. Roll is 24" x 100 ft.

• CCSOB10: This is the .010 oilboard. Roll is 24" x 100 ft.

• CCSPOLY: This is .005 mylar 13.5" x 100 ft w/ static cling backing.

• CCSMAG24:.020 heavy magnetic material is 24" x 50 ft.

• CCS045: 45 degree blade used for CCSUC24 polyethylene stencil material, decal vinyls and stencil mask.

• CCS060: 60 degree blade used for CCSOB10 oilboard, magnetic, sandblast and mylar materials.

• CCSSTND: Optional stand that can be used with the CCS24CS.

• CCSMASK: Special Stencil Mask used for hard to mark surfaces.

• CCSDEC: Decal Vinyl - 15" x 50 yds. Many colors to pick from.

• CCSTRT: Transfer Tape - 14" x 100 yds. Transfer tape is used to apply the vinyl characters to the item that is being marked.
