NPS 52 Manual Tay-Per®

Measures, moistens, and cuts reinforced or plain kraft gummed tapes up to 36 inches long with a single stroke of the lever. Has two stops for two different lengths of tape. Repeated strokes of the lever dispense longer lengths.

Double brushes and adjustable water level provide consistent moisture for proper activation of tape glue. Adjustable platen weight for proper pressure on tape as it passes over the brushes.

Die cast metal construction with durable blue powder coat finish for years of dependable service.

NPS 98TM Touch-Matic Tay-Per®

Speed, efficiency and reliability make the 98TM Touch-Matic perfect for busy shipping rooms, or wherever various sizes of cartons must be sealed quickly and securely.

Automatically feeds, moistens, and cuts measured lengths of reinforced or plain kraft gummed tapes from 6 to 39 inches at the touch of a button, plus REPEAT and RANDOM features. Other length ranges available - see below.

REPEAT feature feeds the last selected length again, without having to remember which button was pressed. A real time saver when sealing several cartons of the same size.

RANDOM feeds tape continuously as long as the switch is held for feeding longer lengths of tape.

NPS 112 Tapemate Electric Tape Dispenser

Automatically measures and feeds short lengths of PVC, masking, reinforced and other pressure-sensitive industrial tapes.

As easy to load as a manual dispenser.

Length of tape can be set from 1 to 12 inches, continuous.

NPS 112A Tapemate with Shear Blade

Similar to the standard 112 Tapemate, but has "scissor-action" cutter blades. Pulling the lever as the tape is taken from the machine cuts the tape and triggers advance of the next length. For foil, paper, thick films, and other tapes which do not cut well on a serrated blade, or wherever a clean, straight cut is needed.

NPS 150 Tapemate II Electric Tape Dispenser

The 150 Tapemate II automatically feeds, measures, and cuts lengths of pressure-sensitive tape from 1 inch to 99 inches long.
Tape: 3/8" to 2" wide on standard 3"core, maximum roll diameter 8".

Extremely Accurate - Length are set in 1/20" increments, plus "Random" button for longer lengths.

Versatile - Unique double pressure rolls can be set to handle just about any kind of tape without jamming or slipping. Can even dispense adhesive transfer tapes when equipped with special feed rolls.
Length of tape can be set from 1 to 12 inches, continuous.

Convenient - Cut length of tape is held ready to be taken by the operator. As soon as the tape is removed, the next piece feeds and cuts automatically. Or, when set to "Manual", the Tapemate II feeds, cuts, and holds a length for use. After the tape is removed, press the "Cycle Start" button to dispense the next length.

Safe Operation - The machine stops immediately if anything contacts the cutter assembly before it cuts the tape. Cycle continues automatically when the obstruction is removed (if the cutter is physically blocked, the machine shuts itself down to prevent damage. It must then be turned off and the blockage cleared before it can be re-started). The display window shows the status of the machine at all times.

Standard Features:

• All settings are retained when the Tapemate II is turned off. No need to re-program the machine each time it is turned off and restarted.
• Dispensing speed is adjustable from 1 inch/sec. to 5 inches/sec.
• Power feed forward and reverse for loading and unloading the machine.

Optional Feature - 150BKS Backstand - Holds larger rolls of tape up to 13" diameter. No tools required for installation.

NPS 902(2") and 903(3") Carton Sealers

These heavy-duty carton sealing tape dispensers feature rigid deep-formed steel frames with tough blue baked finish. They are much stronger than low-priced "promotional" dispensers.
